Cadets
At the Cadet Snow Derby

What is Cadets?

Cadets is a mentoring program where Christian men share God’s love with young boys from the church and the community. The goal of Cadets is to help boys grow in their Christian faith in all areas of life through Bible study, activities, and badge work.

Who is Cadets for?

Cadets is for boys in 2nd – 8th grade. Any boy of this age is welcome to join, regardless of church affiliation. Come and join us as we learn about living for Jesus while having fun!

When and where does Cadets meet?

Meetings are held at the church from 6:30-8:00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from October through April.

What do you do at Cadet meetings?

Meetings include working on badges based in life skills, investigating how the Bible teaches us to live, doing projects such as derby cars, and enjoying fun group activities.

How do I get connected to Cadets?

If you would like to know more or would like to try out Cadets, come to a meeting or contact us.

Calvinist Cadet Corps

Our Cadet ministry is part of a larger group through North America. The Calvinist Cadet Corps is an independent (non-denominational) youth ministry organization whose purpose is to provide the local church with a ministry program that will enable them to effectively share Christ's love with boys from their church and community. Founded in 1952, the Corps has more than 600 clubs throughout North America. Check out their website at calvinistcadets.org.
